As an active participant in community fundraising projects, we welcome the opportunity to review your request. To do so, however, our Donation Committee requires an official, online Titanic Donation Request Form be submitted. Upon receipt of the completed form your request will be given a formal review. The committee’s response will follow within 10 working days. All rules and requirements will be listed on the Donation Request form. No written or phone requests will be considered.
